Cherokee County---Self Defense Training

Introduction to Self Defense:

This seminar will discuss and practice a broad range of self defense topics to include: defensive posture, deescalation, range and distance, specific techniques when grabbed, and knife and gun defense. This will not be a martial arts, athletic sports, or fighting seminar. The only physical requirements to participate is being able to stand and move comfortably.
