Automated license plate readers (ALPRs) are dystopian surveillance tools that police and ICE are using to spy on our movements and track our relationships.

But the people are resisting – by targeting ALPR contracts with their local police departments, with their home owners associations (HOA), and with big corporations like Lowe’s.
