關於本活動
Join us in front of the Chambers at City Center with signs, flags, and voting information for anyone who stops to ask. We'll begin lining up in single file at 2 p.m. This is a legal, peaceful, permitless, First Amendment protected gathering held entirely on the public sidewalks. We stay in single file, keep the walkway clear for pedestrians, stay out of driveways and the roadway, and follow all pedestrian and traffic laws. Please stand as far back from the curb as possible so people can easily walk past in front of you. Family friendly and open to everyone.
After sign waving, we'll march together in single file from downtown to the early voting location at 7545 North Main Street, Building 200, Woodstock, GA 30188. Anyone in line before 4 p.m. gets to vote. Georgia law prohibits campaign materials within 150 feet of a polling place, so we'll set our signs aside before we reach that area. Volunteers will be waiting just outside it to hold your sign, and you can pick it up after you vote.
Why October 17?
October 17 is the first Saturday of early voting in Georgia. Advance voting for the November 3 general election runs October 13 through October 30, and during that window you can vote at any early voting location in your county of residence. The Woodstock location serves Cherokee County voters, and neighbors from other counties are welcome to march with us and vote early in their home county. Georgia's voter registration deadline for this election is October 5.
How to prepare
Check your registration and find your early voting locations at https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/ or check anywhere in the country at https://www.vote.org/am-i-registered-to-vote/
Make your plan to vote at https://www.nokings.org/nkve-resources and pick your day, your site, and your backup plan.
Bring your photo ID if you plan to vote with us.
Recruit friends. We start in our own communities and neighborhoods, where voting happens. Triple your impact by inviting three people.
Bring the basics: a sign, water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for the walk. We're out rain or shine.
If you plan to vote, leave No Kings shirts, buttons, and hats at home or be ready to cover them before you go inside.
Broaden your impact. Post photos and videos with #NoKingsVoteEarly and encourage others to vote.

We decide who represents us. We decide what comes next.
For more than a year, millions of people have come together to reject the idea that power belongs to kings, billionaires, or politicians who believe they are above the people and the law.
Now, we are taking the next step, turning people power into voter power. On October 17th, No Kings: Vote Early is a day of nonpartisan voter participation: we are bringing our community together to make a plan to vote early and ensuring every eligible voter understands their options for how to vote and has the opportunity to make their voice heard.
Because no one person gets to decide our leaders before voters do. On October 17th, join us in local events across the country as we get out the early vote and say it loud: no thrones, no crowns, no kings.
No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de‑escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
